How To Apply:
- Only apply to clean, dry skin free of lotions or oils.
- Hold the tape up to body and unroll to determine how much you need and cut the tape to length. When in doubt, cut a little extra.
- If you want to use nipple covers to protect the nipple and areola, apply them now.
- Carefully peel back a small part of the liner, if applying to the breast area lift your breast, and place slightly above the breast’s base to start the application. This prevents tape from sticking to itself. Regardless of where you are applying the tape it is best to start from the bottom and work your way up.
- Then use one hand to lift up and position the breast and the other to gently pull the tape up.
- Press tape down onto your skin for a secure hold.
- Rub tape gently to smooth wrinkles and activate adhesive.
- Repeat steps with more strips until you achieve the look you desire. Make sure to apply enough tape to provide support. If necessary, carefully trim off excess tape.
USAGE NOTE: It is a good idea to test for sensitivities prior to first use. Apply a small patch of tape to your chest for 24 hours to check for any sensitivity. Do not apply over broken, damaged, or sun-burned skin. Discontinue use immediately if redness, discoloration, or other irritation occurs.
How To Remove:
- Completely saturate tape in baby oil or coconut oil for at least 15 minutes.
- Carefully peel tape away. Tip: Pull tape back against itself, not at a 45º angle – and definitely NOT like a bandage
- Use a cotton pad and oil to remove any remaining adhesive from your skin.
- Cleanse skin and apply a gentle moisturizer to help rehydrate and soothe skin after use.
