Gradually and safely strengthen your pelvic floor muscles with the Sincerely Kegel Exercise System set. The soft silicone weights with attached retrieval cords can be inserted inside of the vagina in order to help engage the vaginal and pelvic floor muscles to increase the strength and wellness of these important muscle and tissue groups.
The three varying weights allow you to slowly build up your pelvic floor strength one level at a time. Think of it like going to the gym! You start with the lighter weights and then work your way up to heavier weights.
Made from 100% premium silicone. The weights themselves all measure 1.125″ in diameter and 2.25″ in length with a 3.25″ long retrieval cord (for a total 5.5″ in total length).
The PINK weight (Level 1) weighs 45g/1.6oz.
The GREEN weight (Level 2) weighs 75g/2.6oz.
The PURPLE weight (Level 3) weighs 105g/3.7oz.
Clean with anti-bacterial toy cleaner and warm water. Store in a breathable bag when not in use.
